Nosipho Maseko

A business administrator by profession with 19 years working within the commercial environment and leading successful teams in Courier and Logistics, Retail, Customer Service, Sales, Admin, Operations and Supply Chain.
Nosipho is a certified trainer and facilitator in Courier and Freight, as well as Logistics management. With 10years experience working for the world’s number one Courier and Freight Company (DHL Express) specializing in namely customer service, sales and marketing, retail, customs clearance and relations as well as air and road shipping. She has experience leading and managing a successful team of Retail and Sales Staff within MTN as Country Retail Manager for Allied Mobile Communications which is a Device Partner for MTN across Africa. Nosipho also holds a big role in HR which entails recruitment, training, developing, coaching and retention of staff. She is customer centric, independent and self reliant with a strong business acumen as she takes an intrepreneurial approach to work.
Nosipho currently holds a role of E-Commerce Director in Last Mile Deliveries
She holds a Degree in Business Administration obtained at Management College of Southern Africa , accompanied with certificate for BBA obtained from University of South Africa as well as a certificate in E-Commerce obtained from OAM Qatar.
